Physically: we are taking every precaution to prevent the infection of anyone who comes on site. Office hours are reduced; one staff member is scheduled to work each day; social distancing is practiced along with the wearing of masks; and the facility has been thoroughly cleaned.
Spiritually: we remain healthy by caring for one another through online sermons, lessons and information; every member receives regular calls from the church leadership and from one another; and through the prayers of God's people. If you have questions or needs, please call the church office @ 502-361-2379. If you have an urgent need outside of church office hours please call the CareCall line @ 502-324-7575.
After evaluating the steps, timing and safety requirements for limited in-person gatherings, we held our first re-gathering service on Sunday, August 9th . . . and we continue to safely meet together on Sundays! We will also continue our "drive-in" 88.7 FM radio transmissions if you don't feel safe gathering inside! We will provide on-line opportunities to worship, learn, and praying together as God's family. Rest assured we will err on the side of caution and care for our members' safety! Please personally take every precaution to stay safe and healthy!
An EXTRA sermon worth listening to this week-
-Jesus Christ is Lord, let us fix our eyes on Him!
You can listen live to what is happening inside the church!
Park anywhere you like and simplytune your car radio to 88.7 FMto hear the worship music, prayers and preaching.
You may find the solitude of being in the safety and comfort of your own car, dressed casually and sipping your favorite coffee is a peaceful, conducive way to worship on a Sunday morning (especially if you are an introvert like me)!
We are learning that "together" is more about the hearts inside of us than the physical place outside of us!"All the believers were one in heart and mind."AND, just in case you are wondering, YES this counts as attending church and worshiping God!

WHAT THE NEEDS LOOK LIKE ON THE OUTSIDE:
WHAT THE RESOURCES LOOK LIKE ON THE INSIDE:
"Learn to do right, seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow." Isaiah 1:17

"So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."
It was a different kind of worship experience, but with the help of God's Holy Spirit it was a blessing! May God be glorified and may He be pleased that we are worshiping together spiritually even though we are apart physically!
